Serving Up New Ideas for the Irish Food & Hospitality Sectors

Serving up innovative products, exciting exhibitors and new-found knowledge to the Food and Hospitality Sectors, Food and Hospitality Ireland, incorporating the SHOP trade show, is taking place at the Industries Hall in the RDS, on the 18^th and 19^thSeptember 2013.

Owned by Fresh Montgomery and organised by the company’s Irish office – Irish Services Montgomery – Food and Hospitality Ireland will feature the very best elements of SHOP, with the added ingredients of new features, exhibitors and show partners.

Following the acquisition of SHOP by international specialists in food and drink trade shows, Fresh Montgomery, the company is using its years of experience in organising shows such as IFE and the Speciality and Fine Food Fair, to ensure that the inaugural Food andHospitality Ireland event attracts an even greater audience.

Tim Graham, General Manager, Irish Services Montgomery, explains:

“We’re very excited to be developing Food & Hospitality Ireland, Incorporating SHOP, into a leading food and hospitality event in Ireland. We’re retaining the best elements of SHOP, such as the Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland’s annual awards, and bringing on board new partners and features to really bring the show to life.

“We’re focused on organising a really vibrant event that attracts an even greater number of buyers to the show and it’s our intent to grow this event, year on year.”

Another feature of the show will be its association with the inaugural Irish Quality Food Awards. Food and Hospitality Ireland is creating a showcase for the short-listed products at the show, which will give visitors an exclusive preview of the very best products in the country, before the overall winners’ names are announced at the gala awards event.
